TD Steering wheel hubs are designed to let you install almost any aftermarket 6 bolt steering wheel onto your 92-95 Civic. Also, even though they are less than half the price, they won't make your Civic any faster or take turns any better. if you buy the most expensive name brand European steering wheel, This steering wheel hub is the 6 bolt type and will only work with aftermarket 6 bolt wheels.
