Payment:
Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment.
Customer can make payment by credit card, PayPal, or other methods prearranged with TunersDepot.com. By ordering from TunersDepot.com you agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on your order.

Shipping Charges:
Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the TunersDepot.com invoice. International orders (outside of the United States) may be subject to tariffs and taxes. TunersDepot.com is not responsible for any additional fees for international orders.

Title and Risk of Loss:
TunersDepot.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. TunersDepot.com reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow TunersDepot.com to sign appropriate documents on Customer’s behalf to permit TunersDepot.com to protect its purchase money security interest. TunersDepot.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but TunersDepot.com will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes. Orders outside of the United States may be subject to additional laws and regulations as governed by their respective jurisdictions. TunersDepot.com is not responsible for shipping delays or problems caused by said laws and regulations.

Processing Time:
Under normal circumstances, your order will be processed within approximately 72 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Tunersdepot.com does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

Cancelling Orders:
You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and/or shipped. Please email tunersdepot.com in order to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card.

Returns:
If we send you a broken or incorrect item, please let us know within 30 days. We will gladly pay for shipping back and replace or refund the item.

A TunersDepot Extended Warranty protects you in the case of failure, malfunction, or other problems caused by manufacturer defects with the part. By purchasing a warranty, rest assured that if you discover a defect in your item and notify us within 1 year of your purchase date, we will replace it or refund you so long as you send it back to us.

Disclaimer and Notes: Extended Warranty is only available to original purchaser at the time of purchase of the item and is non-transferrable. Extended Warranty is valid for 1 year from the purchase date from Tuners Depot, Inc. beginning on the date of purchase. For Extended Warranty to be valid, Tuners Depot, Inc. us be notified of the defect before the one year coverage period expires with a picture or other supporting documentation. Once notified, the item must be returned to Tuners Depot, Inc. within 1 month to be eligible for replacement.

Extended Warranty applies to manufacturer defects only, and does not apply to items damaged as a result of negligence, misuse, or modification. Items will be inspected upon return to verify the claimed defect. Warranty covers the cost of a replacement item only (or a refund, at the discretion of Tuners Depot, Inc.) and does not apply to install costs, legal fees, or other fees not related to the structure of the part.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES TUNERSDEPOT.COM’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. TUNERSDEPOT.COM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. TUNERSDEPOT.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT TUNERSDEPOT.COM HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between TunersDepot.com and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. TunersDepot.com and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the courts located within Los Angeles or Orange County in the State of California to resolve any dispute between them related hereto. Both TunersDepot.com and Customer waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against TunersDepot.com that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

Severability:
If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable California law.

Waiver:
The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party’s right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

Recordings:
TunersDepot.com does not consent to having any telephone calls recorded and reserves the right to terminate any call that is being recorded. Customer agrees not to record any call with TunersDepot.com unless Customer has provided clear and conspicuous notice to TunersDepot.com and has received prior written consent from TunersDepot.com.

Terms and Conditions

1. Items must be in new condition and be the exact same BRAND and model in order to be eligible for the 90 Day Lighting Lowest Prices Guaranteed.
