If your stock ballast has gone out though, it can be a HUGE financial sink trying to replace your ballast at the dealer. It's not uncommon for G35 dealers to charge over $500 to replace one measly ballast. Thankfully, 03-07 Infiniti G35 OEM Type Ballasts are now available without the inflated dealer fees.
