The 03-06 Mitsubishi Lancer is a great car, especially if it came with stock Mitsubishi HID's pre-installed. If your stock ballast has gone out though, it can be a HUGE financial sink trying to replace your ballast at the dealer. It's not uncommon for Lancer dealers to charge over $500 to replace one measly ballast. Thankfully, 03-06 Mitsubishi Lancer OEM Type Ballasts are now available without the inflated dealer fees.
