Item was packaged must better this time. Came in in much better shape. But was weighed wrong there we had to pay 23.56 to pick it up. Ridiculous

Came in broken and chipped. I emailed pictures like I was told to get R M A # and get a new one sent out. Not heard anything back have emailed several times and called and left a message.

Sorry about that. Despite how well we pack things (and we did put extra padding on that one) the shipping companies inevitably break some things. Also, our return department does not work on the weekend, thus the delay. Anyway, as per our conversation yesterday, we have already put in the order for the replacement and sent a prepaid label for the return, and will get you the replacement asap.
